Guess the justification for the multi-million dollar booze cruise didn't really age well.
There are lot of fat and you can remove 80% SMG and still no impact to the company. In fact it will improve the bottomline. there is no voluntary CPM AFAIK this round.

Our team can take 80% cut at the engineering, and 90% at the managers level, without any problem and still operates normally.
30% ? thats a lot !
any idea how they are deciding ?
