Costco runs, laundry, house keeping all while keeping a side eye on the ol' laptop to make sure it doesn't hibernate. Might need to wiggle that mouse. Phone rings, let someone else on your "team" pick it up. Don't be fooled, management has heard the issues about availability. You can't hide any longer. Answering the phone and saying "Please hold" and not returning to the call after 20 minutes doesn't count as an answered call.
Yet some cry about RTO. Yes, I cannot wait for you to get back to business as usual in your collaboration zone.
You still don't get it. You may be slow or you may be dense. I don't know nor do I care.
The company will get it's head right when the math starts not to work. When that is, who knows. Stankey has proven himself to have a very high tolerance for debt and has never demonstrated leadership in any capacity, Media or Telecom.
You are clever in your own mind. Post ID: @1yps+1rRcVthU
A strike benefits the company. Do the math. Number of employees on strike X average daily wage X days on strike = big bucks . Go ahead and strike and get that minuscule daily strike fund pay. CWA is as greedy as ATT.

Workday is bad beta software and thus a grievance factory.
I was shorted 40 hours of pay recently, and they did an off-cycle check in very short order, but if we were working without a contract, there would almost certainly have been an immediate grievance strike. And I think the local management would not have blamed us one bit for taking such an action.
I don’t see any of the “managers” giving back their 122% bonuses and raises so, stop the whining about hard working Union members wanting their fair share too. Let’s strike, no to any regressive proposal. Are you ready CP, never know when the ULP will happen then onto a real work stoppage.
Tick Tock, 2 Days. Some people have never heard of OT to make up for any losses and the contractual gains are long term so, keep trolling.

I wish outside techs would quit blaming Prem Techs. Pretty much, that is a thing of the past.
Take your ‘member berries, you were the new guy once.
Most prem techs have moved on anyway.
Is it time yet? Is the CP ready? Maybe Monday, it will be at our choosing.
Texas repair tech here . I hope d9 strikes! This company was made from hard working people , union and management.
Neither in the upper echelon are worth a sh-t . But to all the hard workers who have busted their a-s ,lost family time to give to this carrier and have millionaire assgoles run it to the ground. It’s time to say F.U. Enough! 4th level up should be canned . This place could make a lot of money with those tards gone . Good luck
* just ask the thousands of former call center union employees.*
The union doesn’t control the head count. They just make sure the company follows the contract if there’s a surplus.
“The CWA hasn’t had a winning strategy in 20 years, just ask the thousands of former call center union employees.”
Or the MST’s who got saddled with prem techs on their contract.
“It’s not gutless, it’s a smarter strategy. “

“You are an a-hole. Your bootlicking will be rewarded with a layoff anyway.”
Typical union slug response. The same type of class you would expect from an under worked GED.
Right-on! Fu-k'em,
They want us to pay for their mismanagement of the company.
Typical gutless union slob.
You are an a-hole. Your bootlicking will be rewarded with a layoff anyway.
It’s not gutless, it’s a smarter strategy. They are covering the cost of perpetual backup in the wings.
“ Give it a year or two, then call a strike, F'em”
Typical gutless union slob.
A year of us working to rule and following all safety practices means nothing is going to be done and longer outages!
I agree, ride it out long term. No one is in a hurry to pay more for benefits and have our work transferred to another work group.
Don't forget those of you faced with RTO: You choose where to live.
“We know it's not cheap to live in California, but the members choose to live here, and don't forget we have great weather.”
Typical out of touch desk jockeys. Drag their a s s into the areas with snow.
The Union should ride it out, long term. Make it cost AT&T, daily. They want to play stupid, let's play stupid. They have reserve staff which includes retired management, a couple of call centers and soon outside contractors.
Don't do pointless ULP strikes that only hurt the membership.
Give it a year or two, then call a strike, F'em
