Anyone get this today? What’s the point? I’m probably going to skip it but what’s the consensus?

I'm guessing they didn't like the results of the last survey, so they limited the audience for the new one to new hires and the recently promoted in hubs.
Must be targeted or randomly picked to do it. I didn't get this survey.
It did say a select number of employees so I have no idea how many got it or why I did
- “We were informed many times from our “leadership” she would use to determine which motivated centers to keep open. Not that feedback would be used to determine where we could improve but, how wonderful she was.”
So, basically if you’re not happy with something the company is doing, then you’re not motivated enough to exist?

The 'company surveys' are terrible with the vague way in which they're worded and the options provided in the scale. On the last Culture survey, I wrote that they (aka the vendor they hired) needed to do a better job with reframing the questions, providing clarification and definitions to help respondents know how best to respond, and changing the scale to be meaningful. (What's the difference between 'a lot' and 'often'? Seriously. My 'a lot' might be the same as your 'often'. SMH.)
Post a sample of the survey or email.
So the “culture” survey wasn’t enough?
Never, ever fill out those nonsense surveys.
I loooooove the Purpose junk. I love that this company pays millions to people to create more nonsense mumbo jumbo that 98% of employees filter out, but does not have any people monitoring data breaches. Yeah, I’ll do the survey. Right after I leak these sales figures to investors… just kidding.
I don’t read my email.
What is it?
