I really like this guy. Any exec not afraid to drop an F bo-b to a packed audience breaks the mold. We need boldness and he has swagger.
Also, a degree doesn’t make a man. Stop Judging him for that. I’m super impressed we actually brought in a leader that was an empty Ivy League suit.
I'm waiting to see how he addresses his "diversity at the top" when he hired a bald white dude who then hired two white bald dudes from the outside. None with telecom experience, not unlike him.
Maybe while he's at it, he can address lack of internal promotions but plenty of outside hires of dudes. Maybe he got confused with all his offshoring and thought they also meant outsiding. Am sure he'll claim the market is only bald white dudes.
His political science degree can only take him so far in a technology world. People have grown tired of his battle of the band shtick and his yes-man attitudes.
