Jealousy? Is that what you call it? When someone uses his unquestioned authority to run up a huge debt acquiring vanity projects that were systematically devalued by grotesque mismanagement and sold at a huge discount later it is expected that they would cause animosity. That's not jealousy, that the thirst for justice.
