He was the greatest leader at Ford, Ford Labs wouldn't exist without his vision. Hopefully he ends up coming back.
How do you know it is a guy? Perhaps it is you with double personality conflicted with yourself or trying to cook up some kind of conversation. Go take a nap. Get some rest, and seek help!

Aaron is a younger version of Mulally - a great leader with an outstanding vision and know-how. Aaron is very much liked by many. He was most likely going to be the next CIO.. but plans change!
I suspect Aaron has something (like Hinrichs) already in place. Ford lost a great leader, and I suspect he decided and said enough of this BS.
That man knew how to lead, I'll miss working for him.
