I bet you are new to COO hate to tell you, we have been doing these for three years and my team loves them. We have done strength finders, and communications by generations and the last one basically forced the executives to let us see the pulse survey. Some are not as good but some are really great but it also has been great to learn about each other.
This one you are bellyaching was so good my team (I am a manager) asked to take more time on and it is around transparent communication. I took the feedback to our exec and he is going to address location strategy versus the smoke and mirrors. Yet you are complaining - you really need to give yourself a hug
Maybe instead of of sitting in your streaked underwear behind a keyboard complaining you may want to su-k it up for a FIFTEEN MINUTE conversation and maybe learn something. I mean this is not even about DE&I its literally corporate communication.
