Take a page from TK who has to have think time. It doesn’t seem to help but she takes think time in the morning while she goes on boondoggles.
Wells Fargo got sc--wed because of Carrie T and Charlie. The company was fine before they came.
Some of us have been here a long time, so this evolved into a stressful situation. We didn't choose this, but we could leave, right? That is if we can find something. So point is that many people are invested, and equivalent jobs aren't easy to come by, so these long-time employees feel stuck, waiting for impending doom.
Finding healthy ways to deal with the stress is easier said than done.

We all have an option to avoid stressful jobs by choice, but it is just an inevitable fact that some jobs in this world require stressful conditions. So we can't say no job should be this stressful. However, I agree that the Wells Fargo has been psychologically (maybe intentionally) torturing and abusing employees in the past few years.
Same! My job is super stressful already and to constantly worry about layoffs due to the location strategy adds another level of stress and anxiety.
I haven't be able to meet a team with majority of American citizens for at least 10 years. It must be labor shortage.
Then I was laid off, I can't find a team hiring an older worker like me.

Yup that was same for years till the dept got canned. ptsd now from it all. its not worth it in the long run
