Since we got self checkout at our store, theft has skyrocketed (as I predicted)
Doesn't take a genius to see how that would have turned out.
the self checkout experiment at my store is a disaster...so much theft and items being charged as conventional vs organic...its ridiculous...
It was in 2 Whole Foods. One in Los Angeles and one in Washington DC.
