I was laid off 10 months ago. Been applying for jobs to no avail. Guess Wells Fargo does not want to rehire anyone

Unless you have no other choice, why would you come back? Beyond 6 months, you lose your years of service so you're starting over with PTO, 401k, etc.
I can't think of any super exciting thing happening here that would make me want to come back after 10 months.
Good luck. The reality is lots of WF job postings right nowc aren't even real. 75%+ of the U.S. postings are branch positions... no one actually believes we're staffing up branches, right?
I agree. Wells Fargo is the worst company in the world. Local talents aren't enough. Shameful D&I practices.
