Union employees are the laughing stock of the company. Stop protesting for a fair contract from your mom’s basement, nobody can hear you…..
We’ll keep earning 5x what you do and the company will continue without you.

“ It's safe to say nobody cares about any of this. AT&T isn't the only company issuing massive executive compensation packages.”

You sound like the same ignorant Poindexter/company troll that has been commenting on many other post. So your argument is basically, two wrongs, make it right.

Hey, they have been massive deaths committed by felons in Chicago for years so, it must be ok everywhere else too. I mean, nobody cares because it happens a lot!

What a Ta-d! You must be at least a 5th level or up, with that kind of reasoning. I won’t sully lower management’s intelligence, at least most of them are here to work and support their families, like bargained employees.

I thought that was clear when I listed the negatives as an employee of at&t. But yes, no one should be subjected to forced relocation or filling in union workers shoes while they strike. So yes, that better job is not at this company.

Go fight for better pay now, but go get you a better job tomorrow.

Yup. That better job tomorrow sure AF isn’t AT&T management either.

Dang are all these guys the same or they have these ugly few? I've had many raises below 2%. But then I had the freedom to get raises north of 6% too. As a regular employee I think they already sold our pension to some company. Our insurance su-ks big time too. Now we gotta deal with bunch of mo--ns who think we are the bad guys. Great! Thats exactly what the execs and union leaders want. For union employees to not see they're getting robbed and for our as--s to be on the line when these guys need a body to blame.
Anyway it ain't my money, hope y'all get your fair pay. And I'll make sure my kid never gets su-ked into a union job that gives him as a new comer the same raise and insurance cost that the guy who can barely lift a finger gets.
Go fight for better pay now, but go get you a better job tomorrow.

The media, President’s Biden & Trump, govt. agencies, customers, etc.. will become involved. All the things that have been hidden will come to light, the massive exec wages and compensation packages, reductions in benefits, selling of pensions to insurance company, all the bad business decisions, offshoring, laying off the talent which will cause more outages and age discrimination has been happening at the phone factory. You may even hear some past town hall remarks about ageism from our illustrious leader that were followed up by other ageist remarks from him. There is more but that’s a taste.

It's safe to say nobody cares about any of this. AT&T isn't the only company issuing massive executive compensation packages.

The only thing that'll happen is the tick tock guy gets laid off because he spends too mcuh time on a forum during work hours.

Has any managers given back their 122% bonuses yet or turned down their yearly raise? No? Then why should bargained employees agree to any regressive proposals? Be sad to see all the hundreds of millions and up to billions the company has the potential to lose by bad faith bargaining. All we want is a fair contract.

Recent SBC history shows us that leadership losing money and customers doesn’t stop them from making more bad decisions, they still get to live in their bubble of no consequences, with golden parachutes. That’s ok, D3 bargaining will be here before we know it, we can enjoin with them for a larger work stoppage. They proved last contract they will walk, only took a 3 day ULP for the company to send in a new labor team and get a TA done at warp speed.

Remember - Divided we beg, United we all thrive.

We may start Sunday or we may walk a month from now, the company will be last to know after the ULP. So Troll on but If I were you, I would start getting serious about your CP assignment training, doing your stretching and exercising.

Tick Tock! The Bell is about to toll. Nice try again company trolls, since the company decided to not to bargain in good faith, the ball is in our sandbox now. Contract ends Saturday night. Good luck CP, I believe you are about to earn your pay, this time.

The thing about leverage is, we can and will walk out at anytime, at our choosing and return at our choosing too. First up will be ULP then after that little taste of stoppage, if no significant movement by the company, it will be a full-on work stoppage.

Latest CWA update: "Be prepared. Get involved. Offer your help. Come together against the enemy."

So, the company is the enemy? That seems like a difficult place to negotiate from.

I would bet on negotiations continuing while members continue to work under the terms of the expired contract, at least until we start hearing the magic word, "impasse".

That would be the rerun of what we've seen with other contract negotiations.
