AT&T needs to cut this. Most of these college hires don't last a year. They find better opportunities after they get the training. Another loser program that leadership created.

that good news the college hires are smart and leave the cesspool. they should of ran away from the start and not even work there if they were really smart.
Since 2010, I'd say maybe 10% turn out to be good sales people, and most of that 10% are groomed to move up the leadership ranks from sm to director. The majority leave after 18 months (that was the required time in title previously to make up for the costs of training program in Atlanta).
But my new son in law needs a job especially with his 2.5 gpa from college.

What Luck! A new Director position has opened up. What are the odds???

They leave within a year. The salary does not keep them. No benefits. It is a throw away job.
Some of our worst 5th levels started out in this program. They spend their whole careers here and have no idea what a real job is like. They are like privileged trust fund babies. No perspective , just wasted empty suits who wouldn’t survive a day on the outside.
