Just go to Google and ask “how not to fu-k up the sale of your business, keep morale high, and avoid people quitting.” Any article that pops up will offer some pretty consistent no brainer advice that is better than what you’re doing now.
So here’s a suggestion: why not just go do that? And then set a SMART goal off 2 ideas you find, and then Enter them into workday and commit to do better. Or try Ask At&T. Or maybe just set aside an hour for a LinkedIn learning course on managing through change.
How do they expect any of us to go out and sell when we are so distracted? And customers are asking why they should buy cyber services from us after a breach of 73 million people’s records.
