Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

DEI employees are more prone to tow the line

And do well at ATT regardless of their results. They aren't producers or innovators they are just followers and gladly get on board. Big part of the overall toxic environment at ATT. Imagine a company creating an environment to drive people to quit.

DEI employees do more work without constantly bellyaching.

“go work for a racist company that will promote you because of your skin color.”

You just defined DEI and it’s stated mission.

“ If you don't like to work at T go work for a racist company that will promote you because of your skin color.”

That is exactly what DEI does. Hires people based on skin color to meet a quota

If a person is working at AT&T then they are already working for a racist company. DEI=DIE and without meritocracy but using race for promotion the company is suffering big time. Didn't Earn It (DEI)

DEI is an existential threat to what makes America competitive in the world. We embrace it to our ruin

It scares me to think I work in a hub office with people that post on here sometimes.

That'd be "TOE" the line

and

DEI = Didn't Earn It

When you want unconditional support for your Executive Management you go the DEI route and essentially d-mb down those who may have better ideas. Done in all forms of government and ATT isn't so much a business anymore but a government agency. Most governmental agencies overindex heavily to DEI and this are inefficient and bloated.

Honest to god, I'm surprised some of you people can even spell DEI.
