The reason for mass layoffs is because it’s the only effective means for showing a revenue increase. It’s all about keeping shareholders happy.

@jxx+1rV2ZKCL, I thought Chiraq sounded like a city in India. I think from what I read it's a term for an area in Chicago, Illinois. You have a point though. There was an executive level WF employee in India who flew business class on a plane. He urinated on a 72 year old woman on the same flight. Someone else had mentioned that story on one of these posts. There's a video about it on YouTube. I believe the Indian executive is no longer with WF. That's just nasty to ur----e on someone. What the heck.
Is it legal to send jobs to India? I'm not sure they are smart or clean.

jpf+1rV2ZKCL, well @op was only sharing because it has an actual timeline WF will layoff 525 employees @ South Carolina =June 30, 2024. Not in denial, but like the rest of us not knowing if the next workday will be our last. Thank you for your kind words.
Hey... let's not be too tough on @op. Let's consider that they might be in the denial phase of their grief, especially considering the loss (or potential loss) of their career at the hands of WF management. No matter how many times we hear about it from various sources or see it happen in person, facing the reality of this big layoff, these waves, or these relocation strategies is incredibly difficult for all of us.
