Why fret about DEI? Oppose it or Support it, but make an effort to understand it before dismissing it so casually. DEI is based on Marxist ideologies.

Minorities & DEI are easier to attack for the bigots that post here than the really enemy - corporate greed. It’s easier to take their Fox News talking points and blame DEI for them being laid off or not promoted. Nepotism is more prevalent here than anything else. Also who you know

If Americans EVER got our sh-t together and had some level of class consciousness we’d have a different society. Guess what those minority groups yall feel undeservedly got a job, promotion, kept their jobs have the same fu--ing bills to pay as you do.

We are all dealing with the same fu--ing inflation and cost of living crisis.

It’s so easy to get American to point fingers at each other while the folks living high off the hog laugh and sc--w us all over and control more and more of the wealth in this country.

AI is coming for a lot of jobs and industries but let these petty, small minded, straight white men tell it DEI is their moral enemy that keeps them from being John Stankey’s successor.

AI is going to have people of all backgrounds panhandling.

AI will impact Tech DEV the most. All the off shore members will use AI to generate code but they will not understand the code. AI will be able to produce code straight from requirements/use cases.

As though the customers weren’t confused and angry enough already, using IVR. I’m ready to throw the phone thru a wall every time I call in now so, let’s add another layer of complexity that hasn’t been throughly tested and vetted.

This will just further infuriate anyone who has to call in to a company for a billing dispute, to order service, or any other reason. It's already painful enough just going through an IVR and trying to get the computer to understand where to transfer your call.
