YTD HC Reduction

Anybody have any estimates of reduction in US HC YTD? I can't figure out a consistent method of a delta given the various categories of employment and location.

Layoffs are for losers like RJS and Stink who max out the corporate credit card and make the employees and shareholders pay it off. RJS and Stink two of the absolute worst CEOs in American history. Disgraceful.
