Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Executive Leadership so silent

Haven’t heard from our EVP, SVP, VP in months. Everyone is quiet, big storm brewing or are they finally understanding they add zero value?

They are probably somewhere “leading with distinction” and setting the strategy to pi-s-off more customers and employees in 2024.

They’re hiding under the radar. Sick of explaining to people how to count to three for RTO.

Far easier to just shut up and cash paychecks, over and over. Silence is golden.

MKT CAP OCT 2019 $281B fast forward ARP 2024 $121B. Less than 4 years, and these so-called leaders running the business have lost $160B in MKT CAP. If this is running a business, can't to see Harvard Business School Case Studies on how to run a company into the ground. Shameful.....

Really? Busy running the company? The concept is not lost on the minions. The only thing lost is 134 Billion dollars.

It's going on the chopping block soon, the only reason c suite incompetence is kept in place. They would have gotten rid of these fools long ago if they are really trying to save Att from this disaster. No talent Dallas on display every day!

OP is another woke individual who puts “?” At the end of gaslight statements because he/she thinks they’re clever. It’s not clever, it’s just dummm.

I think it's a simple as they have nothing to say.

I am hoping they are processing feedback from the "Culture" survey last month where they were absolutely skewered.

Stink is not going anywhere. At least until he reach mandatory retirement age, when he will come back as a consultant for a cool million a year.

Leadership silence is a blessing. Remember, if their lips are moving - they are lying. If their lips are not moving - they are thinking up their next lie.

Strange because I see my SVP almost every day. Every day when I play with the weasel and drop a glazed donut or cream pie on Jenny. You all call her JVB but I call her Jenny when I am smacking her backside and hugging her long blonde hair.

doing what everyone else is doing, sitting back and collecting a check. Watching JTS hang himself. Change will come when AT&T gets a new CEO and DRO team.
