OPs throw around acronyms, assuming we all know them as Wells employees.
One has to wonder whether some WF employees here know that CHIPS stands for Clearing House Interbank Payments System rather than some edible snack.

There is no such thing as an 'upgrade' at WF. Ever. It only gets worse. I'll revisit this maxim if Shart ever gets fired, but until then it holds.
