Here I fixed it for whoever.

Accept no less than 5-7% yearly pay increase and reduced health insurance cost.

Union goofs again won’t do a single thing about it. They’ll work under an old contract or strike for 2 days and crawl back begging to work.

If you’re lucky and they’ll want job security/job protections and retiree healthcare. Union members will do well. After the contract is signed the non union staff will have cuts.

Oh yeah, fire up the CP and let’s get our extended vacation started. Have my picket sign ready, hopefully we will be out a month or two. Will be nice and rested for the return after a fair contract is settled. Strike, oh he-l yeah!

Vote is BS anyway. Unless people faked their vote, a majority of us in orange voted yes to strike and apparently the contract was excepted.

However all in store canvassing that was done showed no votes to accept the contract. Online pole on our group had a 99% yes to strike yet it passes with a 85% approval among members?

Where did all these yea votes come from?

I hope CW9 doesn't strike. The union guys always go out and bring me lunch back since they have little to do and I would miss that.

Just another BS process "Stike Vote" means nothing. Of course, the outcome will be "Yes" but does the CWA have the ba--s to pull the trigger and authorize a work stoppage.
