I personally know quite a few people in FL that were cut. ProjectUnite people. A lot of IT personnel. IT PMO had a lot of cuts. One VP had 40 people I heard cut from them.

This isn’t L3. All the L3 NYC folks ran after the merger- smart folks saw what was coming. All the functional org and executive management are new or legacy Harris (except 1)….

Sell, sell, sell! Sell every single share of L3Harris stock immediately, and do it before earnings this month.

No Division was spared. Not even Cash Positive, High Margin divisions. We were Cash Cows of IMS and we still lost 5%: employees 1 month tenure, employees 10+ Years tenure, Technicians, Middle Managers. TOUGH DAY.

Godspeed to all affected, those removed and those remaining.

Those DE Shaw Activist Investors in Board of Govs want their ROI.

Bloodbath in Clifton today. Unionized workers hired after 2020 were let go. Many management people with over 30 years experience shown the door. At least 80 people today and possibly over 100 tomorrow before close of business. Human resources and security walked into the production areas with a clipboard and pointed to people who were told to leave immediately. A lot of women crying, shouts of disbelief and even threats of violence against those who were spared. (It seems there are a few spouses of management people who were passed over). Nice work L3. You acquired a perfectly sound company and deliberately effed it up. The building looks like it's being prepared for sale. One million square feet is worth a lot of money. I hope you choke on every dollar you saved.

Critical Frequency Design is a small business in Melbourne Fl close to the L3H Palm Bay facility. It’s packed with a lot of talent that left large primes to bring together great talent with a rewarding culture. We are hiring electrical, mechanical, RF, and many other positions. If interested reach out to careers@criticalfrequency.com.

We lost a lot here at Rocketdyne. A lot of good, seasoned folks I’ve worked with for years. Layoffs appear to be targeting redundancies positions and extremely high paid folks. All expected when an acquisition is done but no less painful and hurtful. My heart hurts.

I was part of the RIF in Clifton, NJ. The effects are very pervasive through our the company site. It was said above, this is a total "bloodbath". There are entire teams being gutted by these cuts.

For those RIF'd, so sorry to hear. Here at Lockheed Martin we treat our employees amazing and benefits are great! I used to work at L3 5 years ago, I still remember that horrible feeling every time they did a RIF. We haven't done one since I've been here in Dallas and we are hiring if anyone is interested: https://www.lockheedmartin.com/en-us/careers/index.html

To all those RIF’d today, Raytheon is having hiring events both virtual and in person in the DFW area on the 16th and 18th. Lockheed Martin in both Fort Worth and Grand Prairie are hiring. General Dynamics is opening a plant as well in the area. Good luck and I’m hoping for the best for everyone!

Yep, it's true. I just got RIF'd today.
I have to thank L3 for their timing. I was just so happy 3 days ago because my wife's application for her immigrant visa was approved a few days ago. We were starting the NVC process TODAY when I got pulled into HR.

SERIOUSLY?!?!?!

All my wife dreamed about was coming to America, and now that dream just got ki-led.
