Preface: I'm ready for the snarky comments too. Maybe the site moderator took it down..There was a complacent post or comment on a post how happy someone is working for WF. They were putting the rest of us down for letting the execs control our destiny. There's plenty of us that have been happy working here. So glad you are so happy in light of the layoffs. Maybe you think you are indispensable. NOBODY is indispensable. Maybe the rest of us wish for severance before the execs find a reason to FIRE us before we get our chance at severance. Case in point, we were Required to set mandatory goals for ourselves before March 29. We complied, only to be told our own goals needed to be removed. Now, there are new goals that have been set for us apparently by the higher ups. It's some squirrelly things happening. Be strong everyone. 💪

My goals were set, and I was asked to create a personal one. I've heard nothing since. It might be your LOB.
My goals were automatically pre-loaded into workday. Manager had to tell me what my goals were in our monthly one-on-one and said these were the 2024 goals for everyone in our department. I guess that what "my manager takes time to support my immediate development" is supposed to me on those surveys.
