Forced out and being investigated for money laundering, shell accounts, and paying off govt officials for business.
FBI raid 2 months ago….youll find no need of it though.

Nobody was a leader as bad as Veronica Bloodworth. That lady was a sociopath and incompetent. She also had dude mannerisms.

Forced out for sure. Talking with L3 in the org today, saying L4s next then L3s, they know it’s coming.

I was under him during his brief and disastrous stint in business over the national business organization. He is an absolutely HORRIBLE leader. The fact that this company didn't force him out 33 years ago is an absolute shame.

His leaving is long over due and his "retirement" parties will not be joyous for the reasons he thinks they are.

Good riddance and I'm glad we're saving whatever the he-l we paid him.

Been a long time since I was in an organization he was over (which fortunately was very short lived before he went on to something else), but he was ruthless from memory. 3rd and 4th levels that worked for him would look like they aged 5-10yrs for every 1 under his regime. He micromanaged and ran the business to levels essentially expecting everyone under him to put in 100hrs a week and have zero personal or family life. I’m sure he created great results in most areas he led with this short term burnout people strategy, but zero awards in the great people to work for category from my perspective.

About time. He has milked the company for years and taken out millions.

Given the time until the retirement, I would say probably legit retirement. But I’m sure the decision was likely due to changes that are coming, so kind of a forced out. Writing is on the wall, if some of you bother to read it.
