This is in addition to her huge sign on deal. On average she's been paid $12M / year while at Cisco and produced ? It didn't take $60M for us to "understand" the importance of Annual Reoccurring Revenue or Incremental Revenue.

If you think that the compensation was not commensurate with results or effect or whatever... take a look at the SEC release from the time she joined..
One can not make up the disregard to optics/ethics what ever.. Cisco paid $77K and 6 months of living including daily consumables (I kid you not - it lists spices, bread milk, ..)
for her move from - wait for it - San Jose, California to San Jose, California...

The company whose C-level execs sit in a building on Morgridge Way has been doing things for long time which are any thing but. (John Morgridge's way was to share taxi rides with other CEOs when he visited DC, no corporate Jet, Frugality as the corporate ethos)
