You're probably an old school salesman who doesn't pay attention to professional services or your clients' priorities, right? Oh dear friend, I was going to talk to you about innovation, AI... but first I must tell you that selling boxes, taking your commission and running away is no longer fashionable... innovation is also sales growth securing the future = recurring business. That's is modern selling, healthy business and that's is Customer Success as well.
