Cisco will continue laying off experienced workers and hire many unqualified workers with less pay. Good splunkers will jump ship around the time Cisco closed buyout. Rest of splunkers would be deadbeats going to attach to Cisco.

Cisco number game would be layoff 1 in united states and hire 3 in Mexico or Bangalore. Number will never go down but quality goes down.
Huh? That's what people in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011.... you get my point. The good people left 15 years ago. Cisco needs cheap unqualified workers to turn the lights on.
