Allied Signal had such a bad reputation that they jumped at the chance to buy Honeywell, and change the corporate name. Unfortunately that’s all that changed; the toxic work environment, poor management decisions, selling poor quality products and barely legal HR policies didn’t. The wolf just put on sheep’s clothing. You’re foolish thinking otherwise.

When the companies "merged" only 3 of the top 12 executives were legacy Honeywell. CEO, COO, and VP of HR. Within a year all 3 were gone and "Honeywell" was then run by all legacy Allied executives.
Sperry was GREAT! Honeywell was ok to fair. Allied version of Honeywell is horrible
And it only took you 24 years to figure this out?
Sperry Flight Systems was even better. Our 401K plan was better than the old Honeywell. We got turkeys for the holidays. Cafeteria was subsidized to keep costs low.
Truth, Honeywell was a great American company until Allied Signal bought it and dragged it's name through the mud!
You nailed it! I was an Allied employee.
