Salary Ranges & RTO

Are the internal job board salary ranges accurate, or are most folks on the higher end or above the ranges? Has anyone received a salary increase or other compensation adjustment since being forced from "remote" designation to RTO?

L3 Finance Dallas. I was promoted 6 months ago when half my department declined to relocate. I negotiated a salary 5% above the top of my titles (sic) range.

In Finance? Good luck with that. Love, The bunch of HR people who thought they were untouchable and got laid off.

Salary ranges are posted publicly at https://att.jobs. The paid trolls sniffing the derrieres of Leadership need something better to do. For example, take a note from the PR firm Fleishman Hilliard whom AT&T is paying to sanitize John Stankey's Wikipedia page.

To whoever said discussing salary info is against the law…. Big lie, labor laws protect employees openly discussing salary information.

There is no rule against talking about your salary, it is illegal to restrict that.

Take your COBC and kiss off. If you don’t like it then, don’t look. I’m midpoint, 147k

Salary information should not be discussed on an external Internet forum. This is a COBC violation.

I’ve never heard of a salary negotiation occurring during a promotion.

Been in management for 10 years as level 1 then level 2. Never made it past the midpoint of the salary range at level 1. Near the bottom of the range at level 2 still.

Once you hit a certain range over the midpoint you’re closer to being let go or your annual raises will never catch up with inflation.

I negotiated a salary 5% above the top of my titles range. It's possible.

No more raises for you. And, when they sort the who do we surplus next” spreadsheet your name will rise to the top. Get it while you can, but I do not see a future for you at T.

What an id--tic question? Is this a serious question or you are just clueless?
If you really still work here you should know the answer.

compensation adjustment since being forced from "remote" designation to RTO?

Did you get a compensation adjustment when you went from in office to WFH in 2020?

TSR’s don’t really matter. Most never get past lower end of the middle zone.

Does anyone know when they will expose TSRs in Workday?
