Looking to jump ship. What is the best strategy to max vacation payout and other benefits?
Do I quote the first day of the month, the last day, etc? I want to make sure I don’t get short changed on 401k match etc.
What kind of vacation is paid out? Only carry over and pro-rated vacation entitlement or do floating holidays count.
I know to max out the health care spending account but I welcome any and all tips/tricks to fully max out.
