Thread to track impacted groups

This keeps getting buried in the thousands of posts. Can we create a clean post with just the list of impacted groups (spell it out, no one knows what your acronyms mean)? And what level - VP, Sr Dir, Dir, Manager, IC, etc. Don't worry about the people, no one knows who all these initials belong to. Maybe that will help people determine what actually falls under corporate enabling functions.

None of these platforms discussed endorses posts containing personally identifiable info (PII) of non-public figures. Same goes for other similar networks like Glassdoor or Reddit. If a post on any of those platforms contains someone's full name or too much identifying information about him, sooner or later it's gonna get deleted.

Having said that, I have to admit that OP is mainly right. Roles impacted are not top-secret. Even Nike uses this info in their statistics. If we stay vague enough not to reveal people's identities we can inform each other about what's happening and still respect other people's privacy (i.e. name roles and # of impacted if dpt. is big enough, skip some revealing info if dpt. is small...). I see no reason not to do it.

Not sure why the hate. It’s a reasonable question…there is little information, many people are stuck at home with no visibility. It is natural to try to understand the scope. I know it’s a high-stress time but presume innocence.

I wouldn’t trust blind. I created an account but there’s no way I’m associating my work email.. Not in a million years.

It’s just LinkedIn for quiet quitters with a job still. It’s a great way to alert Nike about how you feel.

It also feels like scraping the bottom of the barrel. It smells of desperation in there. Kinda like it does here.

This just speaks to how little communication there has been shared with MOST of us. All I have is a vague acknowledgement of JD email from VP/SD. I’m curious what all orgs are going through because the communication is awful & anxiety is high.

I don't get the backlash here. I think it is totally reasonable to want to know which groups are being included in phase 1 seeing that they have provided ZERO information to help people navigate through this and we still have three more days to go this week. OP wasn't asking for names. They were asking about functions and levels to try and get some grasp on how this is going down. It's reasonable to want to know that.
