What makes you guys think her successor will abandon v2mon?
Because it starts with her successor. They will have to create their V2MOM so that all of those under them can align their vision, values, methods, obstacles, & metrics to support them. When they see how badly that tool is, the time waste that it is to word smith stuff to fit in the boxes, etc. and they'll probably chuck it out.
A freaking Excel page in the cloud would work better than the tool we have to use.

TAC used to be something that our customers saw GREAT value in — they knew that when they were in the ultimate bind, a seasoned team would be there 24x7 to be in the boat with them.
Today, we have warm bodies in TAC. Different time zone, different first language, different concepts of teamwork, different ideas of customer service — and above all, less skill. This happened, because the world has been conned into thinking that globalization is universally a good thing by punishing any speech that goes against it.
DEI - think is not moral high ground — it is a CON to pay people less so that those in charge can shove more $ in their pockets on their watch. When the “why” seems to be hard to understand, the simplest explanation is usually right.
Amazing news that she is leaving - she definitely sc--wed things up, and not in favour of customers but in favour of, well, Cisco shareholders. Sure they are importants, but we have shareholders because we have happy customers. We had happy customers.
