Slack not showing manager

If you look up people on slack, it shows who they report to. If it suddenly does not show whom they report to, does it mean they are on the hit list?

Org Hierarchy is a simple self-join query. If system of record is good, dont see why it shouldn’t be functioning correctly.

No it means their manager's account might have been deactivated. Says nothing about that user.

With all of the people exiting Nike, the people hierarchy in systems like Slack could be broken for a while. Integration between some of these systems is fragile. It may take a person intervening to fix it.
