Are the invites out yet?

Many functions had 1:1 meetings for everyone during CDA. It’s totally possible.
Reason for bringing every one to the call is to show whose the boss. If you see enough crime shows in Netflix, you'd see that mob/cartel puts a g-n to your head, and for a moment you think you are dead, and some are really dead, and some are let go. But they will never forget the moment they came close to getting clipped. You end up as their bi--h forever.
There are people in affected areas attending meetings this week that confirm their roles
I know someone that got the invite today, and was given options of take this XX (other job or demotion) or receive XX weeks of severance.
Meetings about reorganizations and new job roles will come after layoffs. Any meetings before then will be regarding termination
There is no way everyone is going to have a 1:1 meeting this week. That is impossible. You will have a meeting if you're getting laid off or if you are being reorg-ed into another department.
no meeting for keeping your job and lay offs are going on from morning till evening.
Does the keeping your job involve reshuffling to another org as part of the restructuring to better align?
And can anyone confirm, I have been hearing you get an invite for both layoff and you keep your job. Both seem to go out on the morning but the morning calls are lay offs and afternoon calls more you have a job and here is your new boss. This sitting around all day waiting for an invite is hard, so hopefully someone can confirm how the invites do get sent out?
