I’m always prepared to get less than my fair share. I’m not on the friends and family plan, so it’s a given.
FYI, I got SIRP'd in August 2022.
In March I got a 108% AICP of 100% personal modifier bonus. I also received a merit increase effective April 2022 of nearly 4% after getting a good review for 2021. I was at about the 40 percentile of my salary band.
I felt pretty good. Good review, full bonus, above average raise. A good report with my team and peers.
Not so much as a "thanks for your years of service" in August.
Remember, it doesn't make sense who they let go. No one knows the algorithm. And there is no way to tell leading up to it.
Prepare for your management to give you far less than 6% , far less than union, far less than gm and stellantis.
3% meets
2% does not meet
Way below 6%.
I was told that my team’s merit pool would be less than 6%.
It wS Nnounced as 6% on average
Whats the number for "meets target?
@faf, haha, saving the company? You are dragging us down with overpriced EVs, late projects and unending recalls! Hope you got an invite to you town hall tomorrow, those that didn’t need not bother logging in from home in the morning.
People under DF don’t get Kumar’s emails. Plus we are too busy saving the company.
Ask your people leader. Prepare to be disappointed.

Where is this number mentioned?
Sure, if you keep working at home. The 6% is all going to us in the office.
