The factory 'rats' are wildly undereducated 'grunts' who fight and harass and do dr-gs on the job and don't get fired because their 'union' protects them.
These factory grunts should be paid very little - certainly less than us college educated professionals. We worked our way up to this level. Those factory grunts should not be HANDED these big paydays. They haven't EARNED them!
What other professions so you know that all flagrant abuse of power without any consequences?? I bet they have a union too!
Our UAW colleagues are true veterans of the auto industry. I can't believe that you are all talking so badly about them.
Their knowledge and experience is, without a doubt, the single most critical piece of the Ford Motor Company puzzle.
I am proud to work for the same company that employs these dedicated, hard working, Union members and keeps manufacturing in America and by Americans.
They have earned every bit of this new contract - and probably more.
