"Chewning’s team is still burning $$$ with ServiceNow Ticket to Ride program……SAD!!!"
WC needs to step down; unfortunately T2R is still trying to fix holes....the more they fix the worse it gets....AMAZING!

T2R poured in more offshore people to replace US employees; what a mess they caused
ServiceNow will never work as the databases it is trying to hook into are a mess and have not been maintained for 20 years.
Legg needs to step up and reorg (rid of WC, VPs) and reassess SN (cut loss) with SAAS/PAAS with employee architects, NOT contractors there to milk perpetual $$$$
Procurement is as likely to audit ServiceNow as the BOD are to remove Stankey.
I think Legg expressed this opinion-
“ Oh wow, so many CIO nerds on this topic…. I see there are more comments about NOW than layoffs. Just wanted to correct that Stanley was talking about SalesForce licensing rather than Service Now.
Just get used to it, SaaS tools are the way of future, no more favorite language of day application dev at AT&T. We are not a technology company. We are a utility company.”
I think you are overestimating the competence of "procurement".
ServiceNot (spelling is correct) will be audited eventually by procurement.
Way too much money spent for nothing based on promises.
ServiceNow, a solution to a problem that never existed.
Even if it is bad and like driving off a cliff, we are full speed ahead at this point because of all the $$$$ that has been spent!
They don’t want to hear anything, but good things about SNOW because they are moving forward regardless of the flaws!
Burning money on SNOW like a ho---r on the LV strip!!!!
T has invested so much $$$$$ in Service Now there is no turning back now!
