Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Is it me, or are the Develop You courses getting way easier?

Are we d-mbing down our content?

Example:
Which item is acceptable?

  1. Take a picture of a customer balance
  2. Use your corporate credit card to pay personal expenses
  3. Alter a document a customer has signed
  4. Get a pre clearance before being on a board.

As a reminder, if you ever see the option to snitch on a coworker, always choose that option or you’ll get it wrong.

It's annoying I have to watch the same lame harassment videos etc. every year. Luckily there's a bunch you can just cruise thru pretty quickly. It's common sense-- don't be an a$$ to people.

I worked in L&D until 2 years ago when I rage retired because of how they sc--wed things up. What you’re seeing is the result of directives from a department head with no adult learning experience, a huge ego, and a bully management style. She eliminated effective development software in favor of a piece of cr*p so buggy it took designers 4 times longer to create because each time you fixed one error three more popped up. She wanted all courses to look the same, hence they all have four multiple choice assessment questions, either 5 or 10 depending on course length. People tried to convince her to let designers create courses based on what the content warrants, not some cookie cutter ideal. I hope the latest leader does better.

DevelopYou courses have always been pretty easy. I usually test out.

The answers are typically:

'Rat on the employee'
or
'kiss the mentally deranged employees butt.'

I could pound through the courses in minutes.

“Follow the policy” is always the right answer.

They need to make the courses at a 3rd grade level because most people can’t read or form a coherent sentence anymore.

The only thing I learned is you can ask out a coworker ONE time and it’s legal. Any more and you’re done.

You got one shot.

I love the answer that says when someone gets upset at a meeting, you should call the Security Response Team. That was actually the answer.

Same sh-t and questions for the last 5 years, if it's not easier for you. That says something.

OP, are you complaining? Why do you want the questions to be more difficult?

The harassment one seems like it's the same every year.

You look great in that shirt! Not harassment
Can I get a closer look at that shirt in my hotel room? Harassment
