Someone needs to blow up the location strat narrative by proactively starting to work at a hub before they can fire you at your assigned location. What would the term cause be? Failure to go work at a place that WF won't allow people to work at? That dog won't hunt.

Hudson Yards employees aren't doing anything beneficial and cost a fortune to house/employ. That's the very first location that should be shut down if it's really all about efficiency.

Bank cannot afford that is all a gimmick to get headcount down but usually talent takes exit n we are left with dead woods with excuse after excuse for not doing their jobs ..everybody’s knows we don’t need this headcount and that folks who aren’t pulling their weight shd be let go
