GM profit sharing formula changing

Based on items the salaried employees have little control over and vague targets. Sound familiar?

GM based on 40% on EV sales. So that’s actually a sneaky way of lowering PS.

Yes they are following Ford model apparently but not until next year. This year salaried will be getting 13% of yearly salary plus 30% (130%) total payout which on an average 100k is $16,900. Yet again we get boned. I'm sure they will readjust formula mid year to bone us more next year.

Ford will change too. 40% will be based on EV sales.

Start buying EV!

The new formula is I + D + I + O + T + S = Id--ts at the top and in between the engineers.

That should cover the bases.
