This is true, as an employee you definitely don’t want this guy having a say. That being said, I’d bet they are already looking at all the options to save money. When the hammer drops on fiber it’s gonna take a lot more than just fiber folks with it. Things have been set in motion to unlock shareholder value and everyone who currently works here is not part of their plans.

Boits has almost as large a stake in us as Elliott does. The letter from Boots was interesting reading. The work they claim to have done to prepare for a sale should have been reviewed by the board. Some of that information on financing and potential buyers could have been useful.

Sounds like we're for sale already and just don't know it.

That’s why they moved to that PURPLE bullsh-t, none of them wanted to “Be accountable” from the Be 3’s for the sh-t storm that was about to happen.

Yep, every single person who was on the board and EMT should be accountable. Jay was made out to be the scapegoat, but the truth is he didn’t do anything on his own, they all gave their blessing. If I had to bet, I’d say Tony is going to be made out to be the scapegoat next. They will sell fiber and those folks will lose their jobs (perhaps they latch on with the new company), they will also do cuts across the board, after all it says we have to many employees per tower. This sets up for the new CEO to come in and be the hero that saves Crown’s culture after the purge. Tony will ride into the sunset with his golden parachute while the board and EMT is still mostly made up with the same clowns that got us into this mess. Bonuses are due soon, now would be a perfect time to plan your exit.
