Nike used to care about the employees and celebrate teammates as they left. With JD it’s like being arrested and sent to jail. No emotion, no thank you, just cut the access and send us your computer. PK would cry when he had to lay people off, what happened to that? Doesn’t that matter in terms of creating an environment where teams do amazing things?
