Quick- is there an open maintenance window so i can jump out? All my nso nodes are locked up and i forgot how to push changes or roll back without. I will go back to break room to reheat my vegetable paneer and nan. I hope the nso nodes wake up by them.
All this outage has done is make clear how many brain dead people there are out there, primarily on this board commenting on things well above their intelligence level.
The AT&T network, and all of its subsets, are incredible complex and intricate. There are dozens of maintenance changes being done in all aspects of the network every single night almost every night of the year.
You just don’t hear about them because 99.9% of the time there is no issue. With technology this complex, mistakes can be made. If any of you re--rds ever worked in high-level operational support role, you’d know this.
So we’ll just keep running and managing this network so you can all continue to run your mouths off about things your tiny brains can’t even comprehend. As someone in this type of role I feel for those that will take the fall for this.
kind of coincidence that ms azure cloud was hacked yesterday.
The root cause was already identified as not being malicious.
Also, if we did go to war, you wouldn't have a working fridge, let alone a phone or carrier network. An emp from a nuke detonated in the atmosphere would destroy all modern electronics.
I doubt it. T’s network is a big target but there’s no reason an adversary would completely leave Verizon or TMO alone
