Since the week is almost over, did any managers/directors start getting info about which ICs are going to stay or get laid off? Or is it still a secret to you like Monday when we started the week

This is what makes me think, that the April/May cuts are going to be worse. Because everyone is being told its VP,Sr. Directors mostly and then you're finding out its everyone. Its probably going to be the same then to. Which is a lot worse, because you could think you were good in this round and because they can't make this clean cut you get to work an additional two months....and bo-m the dreaded zoom call. Because how did your managers and some of your IC's get cut and NOT YOU( not yelling btw just finding it very interesting) I would be super suspicious about having a job.

1wet is telling the truth. I’m a director and lost managers and ICs and nobody told me anything. I found out my team members were gone when they didn’t show up for a meeting. Can confirm managers weren’t told either about the ICs they lost.
I have seen at least a dozen ICs thatcI knew in GT get laid off this week, so it's definitely not just VPs, SDs, and Directors getting pushed out. And to confirm what someone wrote below, there are Directors that lost ICs without any input on their disposal. The randomness of the cuts is what has made this layoff so scary. We lost some huge talent and big contributors, and nobody seems to understand the rational about why they were picked off. It's very sad and doesn't leave much confidence for those of us that remain (so far).

Director here. Have people on my team who were laid off and no one told me. Found out by seeing their account deactivated in Slack. So no, we know nothing.

What is IC?
in GT both Directors and IC were let go so probably varies by org
