Does anyone know if people located in the corporate office in Raleigh will be affected? I see fewer and fewer folks in the building. :(

The tower is being relocated into a smaller office in north hills.
The corporate site signed a 10 year lease in 2019 but the property has recently been rezoned so it would be an easy lease to get out of due to its location to PNC Arena.
Tech is still big in Raleigh (look at Rtp) but that site is on the way out soon - they will probably get a much smaller location for the tech space but any other jobs Idk either layoffs or relocate to charlotte
Raleigh is still a speciality market for CTO so it depends on what your LOB is.
It's not a coincidence that most of the sc--w ups and regulatory issues we've had were the direct result of big city clown executives doing illegal or immoral cr-p. SF, NY, Minneapolis, whatever. Maybe we need a few more "hillbil--es" and a few less big city types. Or, we could keep doing the same thing over and over again. By golly, maybe it'll work next time!
@asz+1rdE2vna this for the downtown office or the corporate center? The downtown office is publicly known to be closing, but there is a lot more people in the corporate center
We could not get one of our remote-NC workers an exception to RTO there (not a hub for our Business). We were told it’s closing in 2025.
Raleigh is still a specialty market for some Tech CIO groups and they will continue to hire there for those groups.
Commercial and WIM are leaving that building.
Raleigh isn’t listed as a hub. But it’s a specialty hub for certain businesses. They won’t hire or backfill there.
