Lot of folks on PTO this week. Is avoiding a conversation a way to avoid being laid off?

There was at least one person on parental leave that was let go, so I can say that isn't true
I think people are just burnt out.
This whole thing is pretty cruel.
I imagine if you were on parental leave it you wouldn’t get fired this round
I saw folks on parental leave laid off. There is no way around it
No folks who were on pto were laid off.
No. They will call you while on PTO. Someone posted on here about being laid off while on the way to their dads funeral.
