Unfortunately that B1tCH TT!PPS is still there. Not sure how or why as she brings nothing to the table.
Is TT still at Nike? I wonder on what basis she got promoted to a VP. VA did a big mistake making her a Sr.Dir. No tech experience, just a loud mouth all along.
I am 10000% sure one my teammates was heavily bullied by SE. it’s really sad, all because she didn’t like them. She started taking credit for all their work and Not include them in any meetings. Had them “unofficially” report to someone else on the team. I noticed how she wouldn’t even acknowledge them in meetings or in the halls. it’s disgusting. I just checked and they got let go. Very sad. Not sure what to expect from someone who came from adidas. & Not sure why we couldn’t just hire from within. I guess LC attracts people like him. Beware of this borderline personality disorder snake.
LOL...TT used to get credit for my work all day long. When I confronted her, she stopped talking to me and started going to LC who in turn started to take the credit for my work. Confronted him and he too stopped talking to me. Got transferred to another function and at the same time started my search for a new career outside of Nike. That was two years ago. Fully remote, happier, healthier, making more money, and my dog loves it. Get out of there, people.
I agree 100% about comments here on LC, SE and the favoritism can be related to TPMs. Then AA.. no comments.
