Not one company is the same as 20 years ago. They all don't care about their people.
This is a bit before my time but resonates with when I first joined. While I was personally impacted by one of the layoffs, I still respect and have deep appreciation for all that Crown provided to myself and my family. Everything changes and not all changes are bad. Please keep your head held high and remember that you can control your work environment with your attitude and your demonstrated care for your teammates. And there are also other opportunities in life beyond what you have today.
