Dealing with some of the middle and senior managers around here is like navigating a minefield of terribleness. It's sad that they don't even try to hide their disrespect and they dish out verbal abuse like candy. Fear seems to be their favorite management tool. No wonder things are going downhill for T, with people like that in charge.

Don't blame the guy. I've had my share of such sh---y, incompetent mangers I've wanted to slug a few for being disrespectful.

I find stuff like this difficult to believe. I've been with the company for a long time and have seen my share of different business units along the way, and never, have I experienced what you are describing. Don't get me wrong, there's plenty of cr-p to be pi---d about but I have to call bullsh-t on this one.
