Anyone know or can share the surplus calendar? I know they have certain notice dates and saw it on one thread before but cannot find it.

For Bargained its contractual, announcements once a quarter. For management it is possible, any and every day. Policies and rules are changed at a whim according to making FCF and the shareholders happy with their fuzzy math.
Beware the ides of March!!!!!
Under Legg, they won't even tell you when wave layoffs actually happen. Only when decisions are due. They probably like to spread out the off payrolls to lessen any individual press event.

Those are notification dates for bargained employees
For union it's quarterly. So the locals are normally told the second week of the third month in the quarter, that way employees are out on the first day of start of following quarter.
For example, second week of March is the next one.
For Wiretech/Premtechs, it can be done as they please.
For nonunion it is the third full week of each month. The Thursday of the third full week of each month.
