There is a reason its called Human Resources You are a resource and will be treated as such When your usefulness has expired you will be discarded like any other resource
HR is totally useless. Should be called AHR - anti-human relations
Anyone who believes HRs role is to advocate for employees should be laid off for stupidity. Their role is to protect IBM from potential litigation period.
